Braintraining: Tetris

Gaming, Science Add comments

TetrisEarly this week the media reported a new research regarding the 25 year old game Tetris. Scientists asked a bunch of young girls to play Tetris 30 minutes on a day for a period of 3 months. Their brain power was scanned and the results were compared with a similar group who had not been playing the game. The scientists found a change in the brain, it seems that regularly playing Tetris thickens the grey mass of the brains. The proof that games do not only have negative impacts on children. So, who is up for a little competition? Play Tetris here and post your high score in the comments! My score after the first attempt was: round 9 score 31092.
